This nation is lacking workers who can adapt to new occupational careers emerging in high performance energy industry workplace. Without applicable skills to fill these emerging new careers, the desire to become energy independent at this critical moment in our history might be jeopardized. Mr. Chukwu has been working with knowledgeable collaborative strategic partners to recruit and train students from various academic institutions, including high school dropouts and adults with no high school diploma with competitive skills to address these emerging new careers and create the forum for energy industry to work with academia and develop skills-oriented curriculum to meet the anticipated challenges to the future energy industry workforce.
